In April 2016 for the first time in Bulgaria a Montessori school for ages 6-12 was opened in Varna which is independent from the traditional system of education in the country. During the 2018-2019 school year, the school was working as an affiliate of Guidepost Montessori by a franchising agreement with Higher Ground Education. As of September 2019, the school will continue its cooperation with Guidepost Montessori network of schools but through its own trademark MONTESSORI SCHOOL OF VARNA. The Montessori curriculum complies with the requirements for educating children age 6-12 (Grade 1 to 7) according to the philosophy and standards of the Montessori schools throughout the world.

The school is also a Cambrilearn international affiliate with exclusive rights for the territory of Varna and offers British curriculum personalized learning for every student Cambridge Primary KS2. At the end of the school year for UK grades 1-6, students receive a Report Card.
